Service details

We handle Windows and Mac support, malware cleanup, performance tune-ups, and troubleshooting for everyday software. We can set up new devices, move data, configure printers, and improve home Wi-Fi coverage when connections are unreliable. All repairs are on-site at your location.

Pricing is per service. The $75 visit fee ($50 for seniors) includes travel and up to 30 minutes diagnosing the issue. After we review options together, you choose the services you want and approve the written estimate before any work begins.

We document the work performed and walk you through what changed before we leave. For home offices and small businesses, we can review your setup, resolve recurring problems, and recommend low-cost improvements that fit your budget.

If a repair is not cost effective, we explain the tradeoffs and let you decide. Customers can purchase parts from a provider they choose if needed, and we can provide suggestions should you need assistance with that.
