Redwood Coast Repair is committed to providing quality, professional service. We stand behind our work and want you to be satisfied with the services we provide.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our service work. If you are not satisfied with the results of an add-on service performed during your appointment, you may request a review of the work and, if appropriate, a refund for the affected add-on services.
Non-Refundable Service Visit Fee
The in-home service visit and diagnostic fee covers travel time, on-site evaluation, and professional assessment. This fee is non-refundable once the appointment has taken place, regardless of whether additional services are performed.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued for add-on services if:
- The service was completed and did not meet reasonable expectations
- The issue addressed by the add-on service was not resolved as described
- The request is made within a reasonable time after service completion
Refund requests must be made by contacting us directly so we can review the situation and attempt to resolve the issue.
What Is Not Eligible for Refund
- The in-home service visit and diagnostic fee
- Services declined by the customer
- Issues caused by new or unrelated problems after service completion
- Third-party software, hardware, or services
Resolution Process
Before issuing a refund, we may offer to re-evaluate or re-perform the affected service at no additional charge. Our goal is always to resolve issues fairly and professionally.
