Some clients choose optional tech care options for ongoing help, priority scheduling, and fewer surprises. These options are completely optional and are usually discussed after a visit, once it is clear what level of support makes sense.

- Tech care options are optional and not required for service
- If an issue requires an in-home visit, this will be explained before scheduling
- Waived service visit fees apply to the service visit, not unlimited labor
- Parts, third-party subscriptions, and hardware are not discounted
- *Unlimited remote support refers to reasonable remote help sessions for issues that can be handled without an in-home visit.

Tech care options are usually discussed after an appointment, once we have worked together and it is clear what level of support makes sense. If you are interested, just ask during or after your visit.
