Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Redwood Coast Repair ("we", "us", or "our"). By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide in-home computer repair and technology support services. Services are performed on-site at the customer's location unless otherwise agreed.

Service Visit Fee & Estimates

In-home service begins with a standard visit and diagnostic fee. This fee covers travel, evaluation, and explanation of available service options. Additional services are quoted after diagnosis and performed only with customer approval.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept credit or debit cards, cash, and checks. Invoices may be provided electronically upon request.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so as soon as possible using the link provided in your confirmation message or by contacting us directly.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about devices and issues
  • Ensure reasonable access to equipment during the appointment
  • Back up important data prior to service whenever possible

Data & Backup Disclaimer

While we take care to perform services responsibly, we are not responsible for data loss. Customers are strongly encouraged to back up important files before services are performed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Third-Party Products & Services

We may recommend or assist with third-party software, hardware, or services. We are not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party products.

Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No guarantees or warranties are made regarding specific outcomes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
